This book
is an
effort to
aid
preachers
and
teachers
in
proclaiming
the gospel
of Christ.
The
sermons
are
messages
that I
have
preached
in various
pulpits
and
classes
over the
years.
It would
be
impossible
for me to
give due
credit to
all who
have
encourage
and
influenced
me over
the years
in
preparing
sermons
and sermon
material.
I have
learned a
lot from a
number of
different
people and
I continue
to do so.
I just say
thanks to
all who
have
helped and
encouraged
me in any
way.

The sermon
about "The
Crimson
Tide" was
actually a
suggestion
from my
son,
Bryan.
Since we
are both
avid
Alabama
Football
Fans, I
know when
he first
mentioned
it as a
possible
sermon
title that
it would
work.
I also
know
immediately
what he
really had
in mind
and we
went to
work on
the
sermon.
It has
proven
quite
effective
in getting
the main
point
across as
you will
(hopefully)
see when
you study
it.

One final
point
concerns
the AWYWT
that you
will find
at the
conclusion
of some of
the
sermons.
The
letters
AWYWT
stand for
Any Way
You Want
To, which
simply
means the
sermon
can't be
concluded
any way
you see
fit.
(I
probably
just
didn't
want to
write a
conclusion
to some of
the
sermons
and this
was just
and easy
way out of
it.)
